ORDERING:


I'm not sure what I need to buy - can you help?

We sure can! However, there are a few questions you can first answer to help yourself. First, if you're unsure of what sizes you'll need to be compatible to your tub/plumbing/other parts, all you need to do is measure. If you're new to the world of plumbing parts and feel confused, you can review this page. If you're still unsure of what you need, don't hesitate to contact us or a local plumber for assistance.


Do you sell any other plumbing fixtures?

Contact us if you're interested in purchasing other plumbing parts from us.


Do I have to pay with a credit card?

We accept credit card payments through the service of Paypal - so if you do not wish to purchase your parts with a credit card, simply set up or use your pre-existing Paypal account to pay.


Your prices are very inexpensive - why?

Our great prices are a result of us buying directly from the manufacturer, which means we can pass the savings on to you. We also buy in large quantities and search the globe to find the best values.


SHIPPING:


Can I pick up my parts instead of having you ship them to me?

Yes, although its usually a better idea to ship. Our business is located in Washington state, which means if you come to pick up your purchase we must charge you sales tax (if you live in the state and order from us online, we usually will take tax out of the cost we charge for shipping). If you decide to pick up your item, do NOT order on the website - instead please e-mail us and let us know that you're coming and when and what part number(s) you're looking to purchase. We are open from 8:30 to 4:30 PDT Monday through Friday, closed for lunch from 11:30am-12:00pm. IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE WE WILL CHARGE YOU SHIPPING AND SHIP THE ITEM - PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ONLINE IF YOU PLAN ON COMING IN TO PICK UP YOUR PURCHASE!


How much will shipping cost?

To ship to anywhere in the continental United States, simply add the items you're interested in to your cart and then click "secure checkout." Before you have to enter any information, PayPal will show you a total including the shipping charge. If you wish to have your item shipped outside of these 48 states (to Alaska, Hawaii, etc.) or to Canada, please contact us for a price quote.


How long after I order do you ship my item?

If you place your order before 3:00 PM PST, it will be shipped same-day unless the item states there is a lead time. If you place an order after 3:00 PM, it will be shipped the next day.


How long will my purchase take to arrive?

If you're in the western part of the states, it typically takes 1-3 business days to arrive. If you're in the eastern part of the states, it typically takes 2-6 days to arrive. To Alaska and Hawaii, shipments send by UPS 2nd Day Air can take up to 3 business days - remote areas can take up to 6 business days, even with 2nd Day Air. Please note, during and before holidays, standard UPS shipping time can take an additional 2 days. IMPORTANT:If you live in a place that is hard to reach by shipping companies, expect your arrival time to be longer. ClawfootAlley ships through standard shipping companies like UPS, and if they usually take a little longer to reach you then please expect your order to take a little longer to arrive.


Can I track my order online?

Clawfoot Alley ships through UPS. When we ship your order we will e-mail you a tracking number - after receiving this number you will be able to track your order. Simply visit the UPS website, type your tracking number in the appropriate box, submit it and read all about your package!


I prefer to use my own shipper number (I have an account with Fed Ex or UPS), can you have my shipper pick up the product and then have them charge me for shipping?

Yes - if this is the shipping method you'd prefer, please contact us BEFORE placing your order.

RETURNS:

At Clawfoot Alley, your satisfaction is very important to us. We're determined to provide you with all the information you'll need to make a confident purchase and be satisfied with the product you receive. If the product you receive is missing parts or is defective, please notify us within 30 days and the parts will be replaced or exchanged.

If you are unhappy with the product you receive, please contact us so we can resolve the issue.

We cannot provide refunds for damaged items that have been installed or misused. Returns must be in original condition -and must include packaging, warranty information, and instructions. Any returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving the item and needs a Return Authorization Number from Clawfoot Alley (which we will provide when your return is approved). We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product is not in acceptable condition.

We only sell products we believe in - so we guarantee the products and materials for ONE YEAR! If there is any defect or problem with the material, we will replace the parts for you. This guarantee doesn't include any damage done by incorrect handling or damage caused by installation or the installation itself.
