Installation Instructions for Handheld shower

To add a hand held shower to your riser

1. 5 is the rod that comes from your  tub faucet
   
2.   4 Is an adaptor that has threads on both the inside and outside
   
3. wrap your Teflon tape on 5
   
4. Then thread 4 on to 5
   
5. then wrap the outside of 4 with Teflon tape
   
6. then thread 3 onto 4
   
7.   then wrap the top of 3 (your diverter valve) with Teflon tape
   
8. Then tread  2 onto 3
   
9.   slide 1 onto your upper riser (the one with the bend in it)
   
10. Wrap the  upper risers threads with Teflon tape (the straight end)
    
11. thread the upper riser with Teflon tape onto 2
    
12. Then slide 1 to the desired height  and tighten with allen wrench
    
13. Take 6 and place one of the 8 (black washers ) in both the ends of the hose (6)
    
14. thread the hose  on to 3 (the diverter) and to the hand held shower unit (7)
